That's the amazing thing Jerry, every moment is perfect.
The problems start to arise when we start getting wrapped up in regrets about things from the past (which we can't change, anyway) and worry about the future (which changes minute by minute, so we have zero control there).
If we're just HERE... nothing is wrong.
Anything "wrong" with this moment? No?
How about this one? No?
And this?
And so on, and so forth.
