Thanks for this post it's true happiness is the most important thing and we all know it but yet most of us continually struggle with it. Money is all about materialism which doesn't make us fundamentally happy only, on the surface. We need to learn more how to integrate the spiritual side to balance our lives.

I have been investing in penny stocks in the UK stock market for some years now, at beginning you fight with your psychologic feelings almost everyday but in time you learn to be patient, enjoy life and only invest in good projects.

Recently got into crypto but treating it the same way, I look at it once in a while but never stress when it's down, it's all part of intraday movements, up and down is how markets work.

Being happy is the main thing in life.

I have this problem too sometimes, this is why i think you should not quit your job for crypto, even if you earn good in it.

I can really relate. Since the crypto world has become more popular and there is a lot of news every day, it's very hard not to be constantly distracted. Especially when money is at stake. Thanks for your video, and reminding us that relationships are our primary wealth.
