We all have our down days, I do you do, we all do, but sometimes when people have consistent days of being down and upset, we tend to fall into a trap of staying down and find it difficult to keep focused on what we are doing and managing to keep a smile.
Sometimes really simple things like going for walks, laughing and physical attraction and sex can all help and are scientifically proven to make you happy!
