It's said that recording things that make you feel positive have further effect on your mental well being. Thus, I am going to try to record something that makes me feel good every day:)
1. I had a good sleep last night, which is a full-eight-hour sleep. It's proved that sleeping is critical to both physical and mental health, as well as working efficiency :)
2. I am going to a language exchanging night tonight with my friend, and free refreshments will be provided. Yay free food!
3. I have finish the data analysis of my module report, and thankfully it's significant and easy to interpret. Yes I major in Psychology.
4. It's Thursday so one more day to go before weekends!
5. Today is a super sunny day in the city I live in. It's rare (it's England after all), and people are occupying the grassland in campus and enjoying the sunshine. Spring is coming!
Thanks for this! Glad to see some positivity. I'll consider some things that make me happy today. #inspired
Glad to know that it makes a little difference! Have a lovely day :)
Every person should do this every week :) The brain will start looking for positive occurrences more often, thus making you happier in the long run :)
Exactly! It's kind of like the idea of positive writing in psychology.
