RE: Master procrastinator's guide to change

in #happy7 years ago

Procrastination? There is prolly my picture under in the dictionary....so I feel you. :)) For me it is mainly fear (for what I do not know) and hate for changes. I can say tho, then wehn I do decide on something....I stick to it. It just takes ages before i decide.......

I would like to add positive buffing. In a meaning: I am not hungry, I am not hungry, I am not hungry (the first example that came to my mind). What is wrong with it? Well.......lets try something: don't think of the green frog, dont think of the green frog, dont think of the green frog....

What are you thinking of? Maybe a green frog? :)

So rather try: I am full, I am full, I am full.

I use the same aproach in school: dont run on the halway! (wrong). We walk in the hallway. (right).

As for meditation....why do you want to meditate so badly? :) Again...if you decided on it its fine...but just saying...we are not all built for everything. I meditate when I clean or do repetative work. Nothing wrong to do things a bit on your own terms.

I am already meditating, it's a habit I have firmly kicked in the butt. It's kind of necessary as part of my spiritual path really. Lol, procrastination and decision making issues...I have those as well!
