A Road to a Happier You: Finding Humor

Whenever something frustrating occurs we can’t control the situation. We can only control our response. There are usually multiple ways to react. Anger is one of them. It usually solves nothing. Denial is another. Choosing denial tends to lead to later transgression. It’ll come up later (usually as anger or depression). If you can find humor in the depths of the frustration, then you win.

you said it all..
Here are the habits I'm turning to when frustration rears its ugly head:
Take a time out.
Talk to someone who is familiar with your situation.
Give yourself 24-hours to be “bad.”
Do a productive and healthy task that distracts you.

I love time outs now that I’m an adult 😹

Life is a comedy to those who think and a tragedy to those who feel. 😁

Pretty elastic.

I think you should check it out You've heard of @dobartim yoga contest.

Actually, yes. I’ll be striking a pose for that competition. Trying to figure out which one 🤔

I agree, your thoughts closely resemble Victor Frankl's
