Today’s challenge is about expanding your boundaries. Test your limits. Look for a new experience. It doesn’t have to be something HUGE, it can be something little.
Yesterday, I practiced a different series of yoga. In the Ashtanga yoga community, practicing a series before you have completely mastered the proceeding series is a big no-no. I’ve completed primary. I’m still working on second because I have a few snags left (imagine this: they’re all strength related). I’ve tried third series and (because I’m not strong enough), have realized I’m not ready for that series yet. Yesterday, I went ahead and played with fourth series just to do something different. I had a blast! It’s mostly flexibility leaning.
great skills indeed
Thanks!
heh :) I can see that you have a lot of fun. I'm curious about yoga. I appreciate the hard work for you :) you are great! I glanced at their work. and I really like it.
See you again :)
Thanks! See you around :)
The name is fitting, you are a pretzel. Haha
