A simple stir fry curry. Slice the little gourd/ivy gourd and add it after seasoning mustard seeds and red chillies in coconut oil. Sprinkle salt and stir it. Add a small amount of water, just enough to cook the vegetable. Be generous with the oil. If you like hot and spicy, go ahead and add sliced green chillies and spice powders as well.
