The following photos were taken at the Tsaritsynskiy Park (Царицынский Парк), located in the Southern part of Moscow, the Tsaritsyno district.
This is my entry for the Nature Photography Contest hosted by @the1ramp
The first 3 shots show the beginning of the park. It's full of tall trees but since it was Winter the trees were almost asleep, waiting for sunnier days - in order to come alive again.
The next set of 3 photos were taken a bit far away, but still close to the entrance of this lovely and very quiet place.
Here's a panoramic view of the left side of the park. You can see a glimpse of the city at the distance but it's already impossible to hear any city sounds in this spot.
From here there's a descent into a lower area...
The last 3 photos show the Bridge at the Walnut Dam (Мост на Ореховой Плотине) and its surroundings, where there was a partially frozen lake.
Here's another panoramic shot, since it's impossible to capture the full splendor of the area in a photo any smaller than this.
I have a few more photos from the next section of the park, where the frozen lake is more visible but I have almost hit the maximum number of shots for this contest, which means I will be posting the remaining ones tomorrow.
I hope you liked this post and return tomorrow to see some more.

Lovely photos! I agree. We need panorama shots to capture more of what we wanted to show. It would be exciting to see how the park will be transformed when everything blooms.
Maybe I need to revisit Moscow during Summer. Thanks for your visit and comment. 🤗
