In 2017 we received Bitcoin gold and bitcoin cash, last year we saw hundreds of these forks, but all were quite small and non popular.
So does cryptoworld need hardforks or its thing of a past?
Right now in December-January ethereum announced Constantinople and some guys announced 2 fake forks, so many guys bought ethereum to receive free coins, but 2 fake forks just scammed people for their private passwords for wallets and nothing else and Constantinople was delayed.
In my opinion all forks that gives us free coins are a little scam thing, because its like making value from nothing, no new investors, no new community, its like split of old community into 2. ( bitcoin cash and bitcoin satoshi vision and value of coins was at bottom).
Now Ethereum said that Constantinople will be around February/march at 7 280 000 block. Developers cant delay this hardfork, because difficulty of coin is increasing and with low price of ethereum nobody will mine, but as i remember 2 years ago Ethereum said that they will not use miners in future and that its not best technology.
Seems because of bear market many projects now trying to survive and not to have better new technologies or new things.
In non volatile market as it was last 3 months i think it was good think about bitcoin cash and bitcoin sv, at least we saw some moves of money, but overall i think this kind of free coins are not super good .
What do you think of hardforks? will steem hardfork with new steem coin in future and split developers? will Constantinople help ethereum to be back on track?

flagged for bidbot abuse. This post is just a straight rip from numerous places and then bid botted over $60 .
Not sure what you mean by ripping off, i did research on topic and made all from scratch. But you can do what you want.
What the fork, this is quite random. And yes, forks sometimes rock. Banano is one.
I think hardfork is ok
