I watched a recent video by @bitcointre and witnessed him adjust his voting power. However, when I attempted to do the same, nothing.
He went to his "comment" section, hovered (or clicked) on the upvote arrow, and a sliding scale appeared for him to adjust his voting power all the way up to 100% if he desired!
Did that work for me? No. Have earnings in my blogs increased? No.
Is this option only available to certain steemians?
