If harvesting using honey extract more oprinal and quality
Harvesting honey is better done in the morning because the morning worker bees busy looking for flower nectar, collecting pollen (bee bread) and royal jelly while in the afternoon and afternoon bee more rest while in the evening bees more work on new nest building and damaged nests with glands 
Manually harvesting is by cutting using stanless blades
