I’ve been keeping an eye on the Land Plot market lately and prices has been a lot higher than a week ago. I’ve been wanting to expand my growing operations in the regions where I’m currently growing weed. Due to the higher prices I’ve held off.
Today I saw several new land plots listed and prices have decreased quite a bit, so I decided to strike some deals.
I signed a few new ownership contracts and left the marketplace with the deeds to three new land plots.
I bought:
- Land Plot Afghanistan: 22 HIVE
- Land Plot Afghanistan: 22 HIVE
- Land Plot Mexico: 12 HIVE
I also harvested a few plants that had matured fully so I picked up a few more seeds on the market as well. Two Mazar I Sharif and one Acapulco Gold for my new land plots. These were bought using BUDS and cost roughly 50% of what they will produce, guaranteeing a profit.
I also burned a few thousand BUDS into the BUDS burning pool in hopes of getting some MOTA. With my new land plots I’ll want to stake more MOTA so that I’ll receive enough free seeds from the Sunday’s seed drop in the future so I don’t need to buy seeds on the market every time.
My complete focus is currently at expanding my Afghanistan growing operations, as these land plots usually are within my price range. Afghanistan is a lower-mid tier land region, but has a decent yield in BUDS from growing its best seed.
The best seed in the region is Hindu Kush. It’s production range is 1825 to 2175 BUDS and a sprouting time of 4 days. Currently I’m nowhere near enough established in Afghanistan to always have access to Hindu Kush and they’re not always available on the market. I’ll need to earn and stake a lot more MOTA, to have a higher chance of getting the higher quality seeds from the seed drops.
