15% APR is still to high. It still makes hive and HBD look like a scam. No serious investor will pour serious amount of money with this high APR. Money does not grow in thin air. This excess HBD created from 15% APR steals value from the hive tokens. We are actually losing the hive value with unsustainably high APR. It should immediately be fixed to 0% to save the ever declining value of hive.
HBD exists because of hive and not the other way round.
