This was one of those weeks, when there is a lot of events, and eating too much. It started from the very first day in Monday, having my little brother as guest and going in restaurant for a dinner. And in my countries we eat a lot at those dinners, and a lot of meat.
All the next days was with some events like diner with people from work, and yesterday was a national holiday and it was the peak with eating. Having in mind the hot weather this is not good at all. I'm going on one week diet now.
