Shocked to see acne all over my scalp.
Evening walk and jogging.

Dietary/Nutritional Health Status:
3 meals a day as usual diet.
3 glasses of water.
one glass of milk.
Few walnuts.
Two apples.
2 cups of tea and 3 chappatis.
