Keeping my body fit and healthy is one of my daily priority in life. Someone say when you loss money you lost nothing but when you loss health you lost something. Health is wealth as the popular saying goes.
Jogging daily through the neighborhood for about 20-45 minutes always keep my mind and body ready and fully functioning for the day activities.
Eating healthy meal daily is another routine I do observe. Making sure give my body a well deserved nourishing diet daily. Healthy life is a happy life
