For over a year now I’ve been regularly taking apple cider vinegar every morning without fail as I started to have digestive problems and a friend recommended trying it out. I'm glad I did and since using it I've managed to balance my digestive system to work more efficiently. Not sure why it started to become a problem as my diet hasn't changed much and I'm eating enough fibre, I'm not overweight and do regular excercise. I put it down to all the processed foods we consume as well as other air pollutants.
Here are my tips for using apple cider vinegar and the health benefits it provides:
Taking apple cider vinegar eliminates fatigue as it balances the alkaline in the body, if you use litmus PH test paper before taking apple cider vinegar the test paper will show that your urine is acidic, 2 hours after taking apple cider vinegar do a test again and you will see that the test paper will show more alkaline as a result of the substances causing the fatigue being decreased or removed.

Glad you liked the article, you'll definitely see the benefits, I'd suggest using a specific honey called Sidr Honey with the vinegar as its organic and not the sugary syrup which you normally get in the shops which is mainly sugar. The properties from both of these products work in harmony to assist the body from fighting a plethora of ailments (I'll be doing an article soon on Sidr Honey).
