One type of legumes are soybeans. Soybean is one of the basic ingredients to make tofu, tempeh, soy sauce and soy. Soybeans have many nutrients, namely essential fatty acids, carbohydrates, isoflavones, lisitin, vitamin K, vitamin E, fiber, and many other contents.
Behind the many contents contained in soybeans, it has many benefits for the health of the human body. Steemian friends want to know it? Let's read to finish my posting this. Here are some benefits of soybeans for the health of the human body.
1.GOOD FOR BRAIN DEVELOPMENT
Soybeans are believed to improve the quality and development of the brain. The content of lysine contained in soybeans is believed to prevent senile disease when entering the age of 50 years and able to overcome Alzheimer's disease.
2.OVERCOME ANEMIA
Soybean is believed to be able to increase red blood cells, because soybeans are rich in iron that can produce red blood cells. One of the diseases of red blood cell deficiency is anemia. Therefore, soybean is believed to overcome anemia.
3.PREVENT HEART DISEASES
Did you know that soybean is believed to prevent heart disease. This is because soybeans contain non cholesterol and can reduce levels of bad cholesterol content in the body.
