Much food for thought is happening in the world regarding the conditioning of society to counteract the effects of the pandemic. The Covid-19 is wreaking havoc in some countries without them taking into account the consequences. For these countries, it is better to have the industries smoking than to protect the people from contagion, putting forward the economic interest rather than the interest for the social health of their country.
Muchas cosas para reflexionar están sucediendo en el mundo con respecto al condicionamiento de la sociedad para contrarrestar los efectos de la pandemia. El Covid-19 está haciendo estragos en algunos países sin que estos tomen en cuenta las consecuencias, para estos países es mejor contar con las industrias echando humo que proteger a la gente del contagio, poniendo adelante el interés económico que el interés por la salud social de su país.
It is an early warning that should be made before this ignorant way of handling a crisis, nowadays the United States plays a delicate role with respect to the relations of contagion and the policies of social confinement, there is no plan to protect its people, which exposes drastically the majority to a high percentage of being infected. This will undoubtedly affect many countries around the world. Brazil is another country that has shown interest in ending the quarantine, although this had not been requested by the government. In this South American country, its citizens were aware of the risks and have fought for the right to safeguard their lives from the virus that affects them.
Es una alerta temprana que se debe hacer ante esta ignorante forma de manejar una crisis, hoy en día EEUU juega un papel delicado con respecto a las relaciones de contagio y las políticas de confinamiento social, no hay un plan de resguardo de su gente, lo cual expone drásticamente a la mayoría a un alto porcentaje de ser contagiados. Esto, sin duda alguna afectará a muchos países coterráneos a el. Brasil es otro de los países que ha mostrado interés en ponerle fin a la cuarentena, aunque esta no había sido solicitada por el gobierno, en este país suramericano, sus ciudadanos fueron conscientes de los riesgos y han peleado por el derecho de salvaguardar sus vidas ante el virus que los afecta.
It is a duty as a ruler, to maintain the due care of its citizens before any circumstance of this nature, nothing and no one can restrict the right to remain healthily protected in the situations of pandemic, the constitutional laws must issue as a priority the defense of social health, the need of production would pass to a second level distinguishing respectively from its areas, first the food production, and guarantee of the public services.
Es un deber como gobernante, mantener el debido cuidado de sus ciudadanos ante cualquier circunstancia de esta índole, nada ni nadie puede coartar el derecho de mantenerse saludablemente resguardado en las situaciones de pandemia, las leyes constitucionales deben emitir como prioridad la defensa de la salud social, la necesidad de producción pasaría a un segundo plano distinguiéndose respectivamente de sus áreas, primero la producción alimentaria, y garantía de los servicios públicos.
It is the first time that I can say the following, in Venezuela the Covid-19 crisis has been correctly managed, it is more than clear that the pandemic has been cushioned due to the absence of the need for foreign travel, the low level of foreign flights allowed Venezuela to be a passive country of contagion, however, few cases have been seen due to negligence of health controls at airports and borders. Fortunately, and I say this in these circumstances, that thanks to God, no one wants to come to Venezuela, otherwise the outbreak of covid-19 would be fatal to our society.
Es primera vez que puedo decir lo siguiente, en Venezuela se ha manejado correctamente la crisis del Covid-19, está más que claro que la pandemia ha sido amortiguada debido a la ausencia de la necesidad de viajes extranjeros, el bajo nivel de vuelos extranjeros permitió a Venezuela ser un país pasivo de contagios, sin embargo, pocos casos se han visto debido a descuidos de los controles sanitarios en los aeropuertos y fronteras. Menos mal, y esto lo digo en estas circunstancias, que gracias a Dios, nadie quiere venir a Venezuela sino, el brote del covid-19 sería mortal para nuestra sociedad.
