Heart attacks can occur anytime and at any age. Therefore, it would be nice if you start to prevent it by doing a healthy lifestyle.

Here are some healthy lifestyle that we can do:####

First : Avoid stress

Stress is very difficult to avoid especially when living in a big city. When a person experiences stress, the body secretes the hormone cortisol which causes the blood vessels to become stiff. Norepinephrine hormone will also be produced by the body when suffering from stress resulting in increased blood pressure. Therefore, it would be nice if you avoid stress, both at home and at work.

Second : Healthy Diet

Reduce eating fried foods that contain lots of fat. You can fry using olive oil that has a little fat content so it can be an option if you have to process the food by frying. But, it would be better if the food is processed by boiling, steamed or baked.

Avoid foods with high sugar content, such as soft drinks. Do not also too much consumption of carbohydrates, because in the body of carbohydrates will be broken into fat. Instead, consume oat or wheat that can help keep the heart healthy.

Keep your diet to avoid obesity, because someone who has a waist circumference of more than 80 centimeters at risk of heart attack.

Third : Doing exercises or sport

Doing sports such as walking, brisk walking, or jogging. Choose a sport that is not competitive and not too excessive, because it can strengthen the work of the heart and blood circulation throughout the body.

A study says that sitting for eight hours a day increases the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes by 40 percent. Try not to sit for more than four hours and try to stand up occasionally. John Buckley, professor of applied sports science at Chester University suggests a maximum of two hours of sitting with 30 minutes stand by.
