As someone who´s been exploring the high fat, lower carb thing for a year now.. I am about 5kg heavier. My overriding thought it that additional fats (butter, ALL oils) are not wholefoods.The have been processed and are in fact high concentrate of something that in a wholefood (almond/oilve etc) wouold not be consumed in such high quantities.. really it´s all about moderation, good balance, your specific body type needs and enjoying the food on ur plate and stopping before u feel horribly stuffed!
