If you're like me and struggle with bad posture, please check out this guys video if you haven't already. I've been doing it for the past couple of months and have seen massive improvements, so much so that I highly recommend following it and doing the excercises. Also, while reading this, you probably just sat up straight.

Thanks! I've struggled with bad posture for a long time. I'll sometimes go for a while where I focus on trying to correct it and it'll work for a bit but then I just let it lapse and I'm back to it being really bad. I'll definitely be trying this out.
