I'm not too sure about that...It's generally ok to have meats that are lean like chicken, fish, and beef once in a while. But only on occasion. But generally, too much meat is typically bad.

I'm an avid fisherman, and I catch and cook fish from the ocean, and I don't eat it much. And the fish isn't the problem (although its not that good for you), its mainly the prossessed stuff and aspartame (fake sweetener).

And trust me, this is not only happening in america. The elites want you to be poor and die off so they can have all of the resources (food, money, power, etc,) to themselves.
