Materials:

3/4 cup coconut smear with oil
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (will)
How to create:

  1. Mix coconut smear with oil, honey, cinnamon and cocoa well.

  2. Save it in a container as it becomes thick.

How to aid:
Mix 1/2 chicken mixture with sweltering coffee. Mix well with the mixture and mix it with coffee.

How it facility:
Caffeine contains caffeine material with the intention of affects metabolism. With this boost the energy of the body. Coconut smear with oil is lone of the healthiest ingredients. Triglyceride produces very skilled fat pro the body. Cinnamon helps to reduce surplus fat in the body.

Drink in the morning and drink with coffee. It will reduce your consequence as it provides energy all time long.
