Our health can be determined by so many things, ranging from hereditary, taboo,superstition, religions belief, culture and traditions, environment and even occupations just to mention but a few. I took a personal statistics of people around my neighborhood and my colleagues at place of work and I have come to realised that very few of them did give other physical activities any change. Simply put one in every twenty of the people I conducted my statistics on do engaged in any form of physical activities at any level.
Just like I did mentioned earlier about some of the factors that usually determined health of a person as superstitions, many locals are if this believe that any woman that engages in physical activities will developed muscles as such will not be able to bear children or may not have suitors. Religions have also plays it own part in this as people are now developing a fanatical perspective towards sports and other activities in general. Today fashion has made it easier for people culture and religions to be able to match and maintain their modesty while engaging in physical activities.
Irrespective of the school of thought you may support, it is very important and necessary to create time for our personal of group physical activities so as to help in developing a robust healthy way of life. Health they say is wealth, you may not value it now but I assure you that you will sometimes soon.
