It's simple for many to learn to associate fattening and otherwise unhealthy food choices with some type of reward. It satiates more than just hunger. On the flip side eating well, staying active, and finding ways to appreciate health and wellness consistently over time satiates significantly deeper and longer. Thanks for posting.
