I recently posted a snap of my spruce tip tincture I jarred up to brew last spring.
Tonight I pressed out the alcohol and made up the tincture.
after pressing out the alcohol I dump it off to a bottle dark glass is better if you have it. I store mine in a dark area.
I add water from my well so no chemicals. some recommend distilled. I thin it down to approximately 20% alcohol.
spruce tips are loaded with vitamin C and several antioxidants. also turpentine helps clear the lungs.
I can feel an instant energizing affect from a few drops in a glass of water.
I started using Spruce tips during the plandemic to help prevent spike protein transfer from Vaxxed folks. according to Dr Judy Mikovits Suramin which is found in fir,pine,spruce, and cedar stops the transfer of spike protein . if i’m going to be hanging out with one of the few people that are still vaccinating for rona I make it a point to dose up. also if I am feeling run down or like a cold is coming on.
