From my point of view, the word "stress" is related to different factors of daily life, so it is a response to a danger, it usually occurs frequently, mainly during transient periods of uncertainty or change. It is related to emotional aspects and of course the physical aspects; although they do not believe it, it has positive effects, for example we are motivated to take action with respect to what is afflicting us at that moment, that is to say, it stimulates action from different and negative perspectives, thus creating emotions such as tension, fear and even our own muscular system produces reactions such as headaches, high pressure, insomnia, etc...
It is true that we can all deal with a certain level of stress, so the ideal would be to learn to manage it and find the best way to use it to our advantage, that is to say, to motivate us, but not to cause us stress. >
In my case when I feel stressed I usually resort to massage and then a steam bath, with these two simple steps I get as a result a lower level of stress, this technique has really worked quite well, another option to which I usually resort is to listen to relaxing music...
