So happy you took a well needed break and indulged in some good self care, Dear Sis, @lynncoyle1. Keep doing that regularly.... just a day a week for you to re-balance and recalibrate... or even a half day.
That gives you time to release and let go the 'stuff' of the past week so that it has no chance to build up and weigh you down.
