Almost everyone likes peanut food. When the winter season comes, the peanut shops in the markets begin to show. Peanut is good in taste and it can be eaten raw, boiled or roasted.

In the peanut, beta-cytosterol (SIT) is found to be more phytosterol. This prevents phytosterior tumor from growing and protects us from cancer. Peanuts contain high amounts of folic acid, which increases the fertility in women and keeps the child away from diseases after birth. Therefore, for the birth of a healthy child, the habit of eating peanuts should be used only at the beginning of pregnancy. It has been proven that women who eat peanut oil before or after pregnancy before or after pregnancy, their baby's risk of malfunction decreases by 70 percent after birth.
