I been on the keto diet for a while and it's my new life way of eating, I recommend it to many people but not every diet is for everyone. The best thing to do is try it and see how you feel and if it's for you then continue on it. The keto diet is 75% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs/sugars, it's hard for many people because it's the total oppesite of what the fda crap information that they been tellings us about.
