That does sound like a lot of good benefits. I will have to look into it. Thanks for sharing! I am glad you only drink 1 tsp each morning in your water. I was thinking you were going to say you drink a big cup of it daily and I was going to say I didn't think I could drink that much salt water!! We use himalayan salt in our salt shaker at all meals.
