How to improve your taste buds and get more enjoyment from food 😊

When you eat food, you may feel it is bland and does not have much taste. Well, let's change that forever in a positive way permanently long term to make you the happiest you can be. Me personally I get so excited to eat because my taste buds are incredibly developed. How can I develop my taste buds further to give me more enjoyment and fulfilment in life do you ask?

Easy to do and incredibly fun to see the results.

But first, understand two concepts:

  1. The journey of a thousand steps. Break down a big task into 1000 small steps and work on a few positive steps forward every day. It will gradually day by day increase your wellness, prosperity, well-being and joy.
  2. Understand this will take time and will not be a 5-minute task, but the results are so incredibly worth it.

Now, what do we need to do?

  1. Stop smoking. Smoking decreases your taste buds and does not give you the enjoyment you deserve from food.
  2. Eat the purest food, Organic food, which is the gold standard of food, has a stronger more enjoyable taste and better health benefits as proven in several scientific studies by Newcastle University:

  1. Water fasting has many benefits including lower levels of weight, obesity, stronger taste buds and allows the body to heal gradually from the damage you have taken in your lifetime. I personally did a 4-day water fast myself and am currently going back to eating food at this time.

  2. Detoxification of heavy metals using chlorella and spirulina tablets. Warning! Do not do this if you have mercury teeth or fillings. Detoxification using this method has many health benefits allowing the body to heal to increase your levels of well-being, happiness, joy and strengthing your taste buds.

  3. Drinking, showering, cleaning and cooking with pure water. Water is so essential to our bodies in many ways, especially for our health and well-being. However, this is the subject of another article I will be writing. Water purity is important, and regular tap water is actually incredibly bad for you and full of nasties. Tap water is junk water, therefore consume either the gold standard of water which is distilled water or the Silver standard which is reverse osmosis. Contrary to popular belief distilled water does not take nutrients that the body needs only the ones it doesn’t. Distilled water takes inorganic minerals nutrients the body can not consume and leaves organic minerals which the body can use the nutrients from it for its gain.

  4. Exercise. Exercise helps increase your taste buds as it is very satisfying after a good physical workout to consume fantastic food.

  5. Solve physical health and mental health issues, by treatment with your doctor and a therapist to work through any trauma, fears or other issues you have; this will make you more positive and joyful therefore increasing your enjoyment of food and improve your taste buds.

  6. Make a list of any medicines you're taking and check with your pharmacist and the doctor's office to see if reduced taste buds is a side effect of your medication.

  7. Add spices to your food to enhance the taste of the food and therefore increase your enjoyment of your food and therefore your taste buds.

  8. Take a moment to be grateful and show gratitude to be eating the excellent food you are eating. Showing gratitude for the food you're about to eat and also currently are eating will help increase your mental health, well-being and therefore also your taste buds

I hope you have enjoyed this article. 😊 I hope your having a wonderful day full of positivty, love, joy, happiness and prosperity 😊
