If you want to improve yourself, first improve your sleep cycle so that you can have minimum 6 hours (7–8 recommended) of sleep but also wake up as early as possible (4 -5 am).
Start learning and practicing meditation.
Do morning runs, run as fast as possible.
Start reading. A lot. Especially non-fiction.
Stop wasting time on social media.
Stop watching porn, and masturbation.
Stop smoking and drinking.
Hit the gym. Health is #1 priority.
Get your priorities straight.
Eat right. If you don’t eat food as your medicines, you will have to eat medicines as your food. Simple as that.
Spend more time with family.
Start giving. Be kind and considerate.
Drink lots of water.
Do not procrastinate.
Learn something every single day.
Make yourself proud.
