Exercise to watch television or listen to music - the results will be good

Almost everyone is now sure that the overuse of TV shows, smartphones and other digital media reduces our physical work, while reducing the time of exercise. But recently a surprising study changed this estimate.

Research: When a group of Ottawa University is watching TV, exercising boys while studying the songs examines the amount of food consumed after the boys. There was no research done on the role of TV or music on food acceptance and exercise. The results that come out of this study are quite surprising.

Methods and Outcomes: The Ottawa Research Group has asked 24 men to go to the treadmill slow for 30 minutes (under 15 years of age) in the treadmill. They are told to watch a show of their choice in Netflix, or to listen to any song you like. After 30 minutes of exercising this way for a week, the amount of lunch for those youth is measured, and not only how much work they are working, they are measured in the whole day. Earlier studies had shown that after watching the TV for a while or after listening to songs, calorie intake increased, labor was also reduced. But nothing in the university's research has emerged. In the reverse, after listening to music or watching TV, the youth did not eat too much or work harder.

Writer Ja-Philippe Chaput writes, "Our results are encouraging and can have a positive effect on those who need extra motivation to practice."

Although the study did not include overweight adult or teen girls (studies showed that girls would stop exercising during adolescence rather than boys.) Chaput does not think these groups will give very different results. However, more accurate conclusions about this need more research.

Feel free to listen to music or watch TV while you are exercising. You can do it by doing trilogy / bicycle exercise. Follow the way you feel like sweating.
