Many factors are there which directly effect the Health of human .For example: Some people are just lover of food, they eat all the time because of habit or taste ,both can be together and do not care about their weight. Their this act leads them towards High blood pressure. 3-Lose Weight
Weight is the main cause of High Blood Pressure. the more weight will be there the Bp will increase. Losing weight will be best gift for a Human body.
Weight can be lose by swimming ,jogging ,walking ,climbing and different physical activities.
