Iron is a vital vitamin in the body, also for strong bones. The enlisted food sources of iron are really important in as much as times are hard and they can be a bit expensive apart from tea and coffee.
Red meat is usually not so advised, but it seem more affordable to white meats like chicken.
Coconut is good, i don't joke with drinking the water, lol! Yea. I am a Nigerian and i enjoy it local. 😂
