What a great post!! I was hanging out with my friend a few months ago and he told me that I need to start being barefoot and I will feel way more connected to the earth! It is true! Being barefoot feels way more grounding!

I prefer it by oceans and grass but it is beneficial period :D @luzcypher

I'm lucky enough to walk on the beach every day. It does feel good especially here because no matter how hot it is outside the sand never burns your feet.
