Peanut butter

Everyone loves peanut butter. My favorite lunch that I used to take to school was a peanut butter and jam sandwich. I also enjoy desserts that require peanut butter. Peanut butter is not only delicious, but it also has some amazing health benefits. It is full of nutrients and vitamins. I will be sharing some of the health benefits below: 

  • It promotes the growth of mucsle
  • It promotes the growth of bones 
  • It lowers cholesterol levels
  • It lowers the risk of type II diabetes
  • Helps to prevent cancer
  • It reduces the risk of gallstones
  • It relieves constipation 
  • It is rich in antioxidant properties

Question for those curious minds out there. Why do so many people have peanut allergies today that were almost non-existant yrs ago. There are lots of answers from simple to complicated. Lets hear what people think.
