Keeping a healthy brain

It is so important to take care of your brain health.  Your brain is the most important organ in your body. There are five organs that are vital to a human body and these include the brain, heart, liver, lungs and kidneys. I will be sharing ways to maintain a healthy brain in order to stay healthy and productive.

Exercise

We already know that exercise is very important for our overall health and that we need to exercise regularly everyday.  

Sunlight 

It is important to get enough sunlight which is vitamin D. 

Coffee 

According to some research, drinking coffee is good for your brain health. 

Sleep 

Sleep is very important. When sleep, we allow our bodies to rest. The lack of sleep is unhealthy for your brain and overall health. 

Eating well 

Eating well means that we eat an enough amount of food but also the right foods. 

Positivity  

Keep a positive mindset. Avoid depression or overthinking. Don't allow yourself to stress too much or feel server emotion. 

Alcohol and smoking

Avoid alcohol consumption at all costs as well as smoking! These two things have no benefits and are just detrimental to ones health.  

Here are some of the foods that help to maintain a healthy brain:

  • Walnuts 
  • Pomegranate 
  • Avocados 
  • Sesame seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds 
  • Broccoli
  • Salmon 
  • Berries

I would also all learn not to stress . In today"s fast moving world it is easy to get eaten up my stress. Most of the time stress starts when we can't achieve our goals . It is best to forget what you can't achieve and start doing something that you can achieve.
Not all of us can be Doctors ,lawyers,ect. But we are humans.
