So what are the Brain changing benefits of exercise?
Before we get into it I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Darren Anthony Prins and (amongst other things) I'm a qualified Personal Fitness Trainer from the gorgeous Cape Town, South Africa. I found a passion for helping people improve their quality of Lifestyle. I'm also Pisces, born in the year of the tiger, Red Magnetic Skywalker (Mayan calendar), and blood type AB. Now with that out of the way, let's get into it.
Exercise really goes a long way to ensure you stay youthful and healthy. It also helps prevent depression, Alzheimers and dementia. Exercise actually changes the Brains anatomy, physiology and function, improving focus and attention.
In neuroscience, the most transforming things for the Brain are found in the Prefrontal Cortex, the Temporal Lobe, and the Hippocampus which are linked to our personalities and memories. Exercise also stimulates the Hippocampus to produce brand new brain cells that improve long-term memory.
A single workout immediately increases the amount of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline as well as improving focus and reaction time. We get mood effects by increasing good mood neurotransmitters which also has protective effects on the Brain and decreases Brain degeneration.
Exercise improves our mood, our memory, our attention and our cardio-respiratory system. The cardio-respiratory system is the heart and lung relationship and we definitely want a strong heart in our matured years of life.
Exercise may also help induce better sleep quality which can aid in the production of melatonin, a powerful hormone which is naturally produced in deep sleep. Melatonin is a powerful anti-oxidant and is powerful in anti-aging as it is one of the only anti-oxidants that break through the Brains blood-wall barrier and help detox the Brain from free radicals.
Exercise is also an amazing way of relieving stress. In my own personal experience, it's almost like my own meditation and as I'm working through my pain of the workout, I'm also working through the pain or stress of my day. It's another way of giving back to myself and it also ads a constructive routine to my daily schedule.
For long-term benefits, it's advisable to exercise 3-4 times per week at the minimum of 30 minutes per session. If you're unsure of what exercises you can do, then you should contact me for exercise training programs, coaching tips, and meal plans.
Bringing exercise into your Life will not only give you a Happier, more protective Life today, but it will also protect your Brain from incurable diseases and in this way it will change the trajectory of your Life for the better!

People often don't understand that you can go to a gym because you just want to brighten up your day. It's annoying when you have to explain that weight-lifting is not only about good-looking but also, like you said, good mood and preventing many diseases. I hope that this post will help raise public awareness.
