Cashews are probably one of my favourite nuts. I also like walnuts quite a bit.

There are so many healthy fats in nuts, I'm pretty sure we should consume at least a handful every single day and it would make a lot of our issues and mineral deficiencies better. :)

Excellent work on the post, what is your favourite kind of nut? :)
