Sleeping mode
Our body is able to adapt to external conditions, in particular, it can tolerate an ever-changing sleep schedule, but with this lifestyle increases the level of stress, and the restoration of vital elements lasts longer.
When not getting enough sleep, the immunity decreases, and the body becomes more vulnerable to diseases; Cognitive functions worsen: thinking, attention and memory; the appearance of the body undergoes changes not for the better; the production of the hormone of hunger is stimulated; and besides, the mood and motivation are falling.
Rule
Fall asleep and wake up at the same time, choosing a certain method of sleep in advance: be it classical or polyphase. However, when choosing a multiphase method, try to act gently and gently. And be sure to record all the changes that are taking place, since scientists still do not have a unified, unbiased opinion as to its usefulness or harm.
Meals
For a human being eats so much food that its final mass is measured in tens of tons! Thus, the relationship between the general state of the body and the consumption of food is obvious. It's no wonder that Hippocrates, the famous Greek healer, the doctor and philosopher, said: "We are what we eat".
Rule
If at the moment you are not completely satisfied with your diet, then it's time to think about it! Think about which of the foods you consume are for the benefit of health, and which, on the contrary, worsen it.
