Running Training #7 - One step back

Last training was over two weeks ago, so I didn't think it wise to continue the schedule like nothing happened. Therefore I decided to do training 5 of my workout schedule again to get back into it.

Although it was very cold (especially the freezing wind), the weather is really nice right now.

I had a tough time completing the last section so next one will be the same training again, before I'll pick up where I left off two weeks ago.
