Good morning Hivers, if you've been following along over the last few weeks, my wife and I have been working on a series of 10 Pilates exercises that beginners can do at home without equipment, and today we've made it to number 10!

I'm sure many of us are beginning to feel the effects of cabin fever, so its important to remain healthy in both your body and your mind during this time.

This video combines all the movements of your body into a short workout that you can do anywhere and anytime to release tension in your body and stay happy and healthy.
