Here in Puerto Rico when you go to the doctor they ask if you want to be an organ donor, then enter the answer in the medical info software. All our medical info is saved on pc, that way doctors just have to make a few clicks to know our health issues and if we want to donate organs.

Yeah like in a central database. Its perfect! But here (or Holland let me rephrase) so often the info on IF people want to be a donor get lost in limbo because nobody wants to talk about it of course. Now you really have to express your opinion about NOT being a donor.
Where I live now, its not an option unfortunately. Its too far away time wise from everything else, and most people find it disgusting based on their religious ideas. I find it a bummer, but its a cultural thing. But so many people with diabetes and they are all on the transplantlist...but religiously they find that okay.

True! People still have to learn so much about the importance of donating organs. So many people have been saved because of that. Ignorance is a bad disease!
