CAN NAPS/SLEEP HELP HEADACHES????
It'll help if you have slight headaches. If you've got a severe headache consult a doctor.
I'm not a doctor I just know sleeping/napping helps me with my headaches.
Headaches comes in various reasons such as lack of sleep or too stress etc.
Taking an 10mins ~ 1Hour power nap can helps release headaches and perform better in later task of the day. Keep in mind that naps shouldn’t be longer than one hour.
Headaches can be cause of fever, sinus, sore eyes and lots more.
Treating Nap Headaches.
- Drink lots of water. Dehydration causes all types of headaches. Drink some water when you wake up. Melons helps too.
- Eat a banana. Potassium is works great for healthy sleeping, it's also good for headaches. They work faster and are better for you than most pain relievers.
