Hi, we find eating more is a much healthier way to loose weight. Eating less will only burn muscle. Eating more and more frequently increases metabolism like crazy, this is how we prep our athletes for comp. eating whole foods is essential and over loading on leafy greens will out shine a glass of water any day and be much more nutritious, not to mention the fibre boost. Don't end up skinny fat eat more to loose more!

I understand but most people are lazy and won't stick to exercise. So i thought this strategy can work better for most people.
Large problem with society is the laziness.
