I was watching the debates the other day and the one lady who is an author had a good point about it not being a healthcare system, but a sick care system. It was really interesting the comments she was making about getting to the root cause of why we are so sick as opposed to just treating us after the fact. Many times at the benefit of the insurance companies. Having been through a cancer diagnosis and treatment, I can say with certainty that insurance companies don't go out of their way to help you through this difficult time in your life.
I'm so sorry you had to deal with this. I hope you came out of it ok!
Thanks! They removed it and I seem to be okay. I still have three or four more years before I am certified cancer free.
